Anna Rashid, Chief Digital Innovation Officer at Campaign's Global Independent Agency of the year, Tangerine, has nearly 20 years experience working with brands such as Specsavers, Pizza Hut and Essity to deliver effective strategies with attention at the heart. Working with leading industry influencers Orlando Wood and Peter Wright alongside Specsavers and Lumen, Anna produced the ground-breaking Shapes of Attention report on the effectiveness of attention, and more recently contributed to Karen Nelson Field's book 'The Attention Economy - A Category Blueprint'.

Anna is also directing Tangerine's £1.2m investment in AI to streamline processes and provide more creative and strategic options for clients.
