Ellie Ostinelli has over 20 years’ experience in the business and is currently Communications Lead at Tesco Mobile, where she heads up PR, social media content strategy, influencer partnerships and internal communications for the UK’s largest mobile virtual network operator. She leads the development and delivery of insight‑led communications strategies aligned to business priorities, driving awareness and engagement, strengthening brand trust, and building advocacy with both customers and colleagues.

Before joining Tesco Mobile, Ellie held communications roles at Honda Motor Europe, Honda UK and Volvo Car UK, delivering integrated comms campaigns across a wide range of products and international markets — from high‑profile launches to always‑on brand storytelling. Her earlier career agency‑side provided a strong grounding in stakeholder management, creative storytelling and media relations.
