Lucy Cafferkey is Head of Media Relations for Starling Group, which houses Starling Bank, Engine by Starling and Fleet Mortgages. Lucy has played a pivotal role in the bank’s journey from a disruptive fintech challenger to a household name, as well as launching Engine, their B2B software-as-a-service business, to the world. With extensive experience in both consumer and corporate PR, Lucy leads the communications strategy for the Group's retail and business arms. She is an expert in leveraging earned media to build the high levels of trust required to win over enterprise audiences.
