Matt Ede

Matt Ede is co‑founder and Consulting Director at Two Degrees Below. He has spent the past 13 years building agencies and working closely with executives and leadership teams to enable meaningful shifts in behaviour, culture and performance – through people, not around them.

With over a decade leading consulting and strategy teams, Matt specialises in helping senior leaders navigate complex people transformations – where strategy, culture and human behaviour collide. His work focuses on supporting leaders to bring their people with them and unlocking the complex, systemic organisational issues that restrict performance.

He has worked with many global and UK‑based organisations including Virgin, John Lewis, S&P Global, HSBC and BMW.

Before agency life, Matt spent nine years in senior in‑house roles at Lloyds Banking Group, leading communications for Group Operations and International and Corporate Banking. He holds a BSc in Psychology.
