Lisa Hale is Head of Social Media, Consumer PR and Brand Activation at Specsavers UK, Spain and Republic of Ireland. Lisa joined Specsavers in 2019, setting up the brand's first ever social media team and introducing an integrated earned media approach, initially via social media and then consumer PR and brand activation, focusing on how these channels can bring the brand's core messages to life by capturing and holding attention through cultural relevance and audience first thinking. She joined Specsavers from PR and Social Media agency, Tangerine, where she was Associate Director. Her 16 years experience in the industry comprises B2C and B2B marketing campaigns, stakeholder relations and public affairs activity for brands including Pizza Hut, Vimto, M&S Bank, Reebok, Specsavers, National Grid, John Lewis, Tesco and Sainsburys. Lisa has led multiple award winning campaigns, all born out of attention strategies.
