Clare Stafford is Director of Communications for Holland & Barrett. A Communications Leader with 25 years’ experience in Retail, Health, Wellness and Beauty - across reputation management, corporate communications, consumer PR, brand communications, social media and internal communications.

Over the past 2 years, Clare has led the development of a new strategic PR function for Holland & Barrett as well as driving its internal communications and ESG capabilities, bringing to life the brand’s leadership in wellness. Clare previously worked for Boots UK, leading their external communications team, working across both pharmacy, healthcare and some of the biggest brands in beauty.
