Phy Adjei–McCarthy

Phy Adjei McCarthy is a senior communications leader with extensive experience working with technology organisations including Meta, Microsoft and Samsung.

Currently, head of external communications for BT’s Consumer division, Phy has over 15 years’ in house communications experience in the technology industry, giving her a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities technology companies face in managing their reputation. She is also a dedicated advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Phy is passionate about great storytelling, social mobility and responsible technology. She is also an avid reader of non-fiction books and runs an slow reading inclusive book club for professionals.
