Her dedication and commitment to Communications as a profession, which has seen her speak at a number of NHS comms conferences and flying the flag for the profession, to have it taken more seriously and invested in. Through sharing her own experiences as Wife, Mother and Black Communications professional. Creating lasting change is her aim and she hopes for a more inclusive communications field for the future.
